Oak or Poplar?

I guess it all comes down to what would you rather have a shot off of, Poplar or Oak? The Waterfront bar top has seen a lot of years, but will not last the season. Even though this is sad to a certain extent when you consider how many awesome times that particular bar top has served, we're excited to get the new top installed. Comment your thoughts. We would love your input.
