SAN DIEGANS AGAINST BLACK-OUTS

Let’s face it, the only time a black-out is a positive thing is when you’re playing connect four and you’re not red. Black-outs are awful little things that make it so San Diegans can't watch the San Diego Chargers. Only every other city in America can. So either buy season tickets this year or drive to Yuma. FYI, Yuma is really hot and boring.
